Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.

How can I pay?

We accept cash and e-transfer, or sometimes make exceptions for checks from local businesses. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards to avoid processing fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

To protect our time and resources, we require AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice to cancel an appointment outside of emergency circumstances.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% Non-refundable deposit will be required to re-book.

What is your payment policy?

Payment is due immediately upon clients inspecting and approving of our work.
